12 Months in the Outback

Our lives are never dull.  We have just decided to rent our home by the sea and do the Grey Nomad thing like many thousands of others.

The impact this will have on an AIP lifestyle will be interesting to document – to say the least.

Outback Australia is a harsh and sometimes very sparse place and towns with decent supplies (let alone anything ‘fancy”) are few and far between. I’m so looking forward to posting about our travels and the food I am able to eat along the way.  It won’t be easy with a 90ltr caravan fridge, no oven in the van and the only oven style cooking will be done on an open fire in a camp oven (Cast iron,  temperature regulated by the amount of hot coals one uses)
